Online Access
The Hopkinton Public Library is pleased to offer online access to a number of local and national newspapers and news sources. Many of these require a library card. To register for a card, visit the Circulation Desk at the library, or sign up for an eCard online using this link. The newspapers offered online are:
- The Boston Globe – available online through Proquest (Cookie Notice, Terms and Conditions)
- Hopkinton Independent – Recent issues are available online.
- HopNews – Starting in January 2024, the Library will grant access to HopNews subscriptions for a limited number of patrons with valid Hopkinton Library cards. Register for a free account. (Privacy Policy)
- The New York Times – available online through Gale (Privacy Policy)
- The Village News through Access World News (Privacy Policy)
- 2005 – May 31, 2019, published as the Hopkinton Crier
- June 2019 – December 2021
